Customers living in the Metropolitan New York, New Jersey
and Connecticut area can call to arrange any of our services
to be performed by our trained technicians. Our trucks cover
most of NY, NJ and Fairfield County, CT on a daily basis. Our
trucks will come to your home to pick up your rugs, carpets and
draperies for professional cleaning in our factory. Our in-home
cleaning technicians will come to your home to clean wall to
wall carpet and furniture, as well as applying Fiber-Shield to
all your beautiful rugs, carpets and furniture.
Customers living outside of our service area can easily send
their rugs and carpets to us for cleaning, repair and restoration.
Simply wrap your rug and take it to a local shipping facility
(Mail Boxes Etc. for example).
Once we receive your rug a service coordinator will contact
you to provide an inspection report and work estimate detailing
the recommended services and costs.
When we have completed your order we will ship it back to
you, and we will even pay for your return shipping costs. What
could be easier?
